Academician,
political scientist, research writer. He was born in Fatih district of
Istanbul. He studied at Eyüp Anatolian High School. Having completed his higher
education at Ankara University and Eskişehir Anatolian University Faculty of
Economics, he completed his master's degree in "Public Administration"
at the Institute of Public Administration of Turkey and the Middle East and his
doctoral studies in "Political Science and Public Administration" at
the Faculty of Political Sciences, Institute of Social Sciences of Ankara
University. He also has national and international certificates related to his
subject.
He
continued his academic life at Trakya University and Çanakkale Onsekiz March
University, Political Science and Public Administration Departments. He held
various academic and administrative positions at these universities.
His
work "Electoral Systems and Elections in Turkey" was published by Der
Yayınevi and his work "Decadalism in Turkey in the Period between
1970-1980" was published by Olay Publishing House.
Dr.,
who has many domestic and international articles, papers and lecture notes in
the fields of Political Science and Public Administration. Ülkü Varlık's daily
articles are published in the newspaper "Edirne Yenigün".
Some

At
the same time, Varlik, who is also a traveler, has traveled to dozens of cities
in more than fifty countries and publishes his memories of the trip in various
