Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Sebahat Öztekin, Atatürk Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi, Gıda Mühendisliği bünyesinde görev yapmaktadır. Çalışma alanları: Tarımsal Bilimler, Mühendislik ve Teknoloji.
Lisans (Ege Üniversitesi, 2010), yüksek lisans (İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi, 2014) ve doktora (İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi, 2023) eğitimlerini tamamladı. Doktora tezi: "Bioprospection of antagonistic yeasts for biocontrolling postharvest pathogenic fungi and physicochemical characterization of a yeast exopolysaccharide" (2023).
Akademik kayıtlara göre 43 bilimsel yayını bulunmaktadır; bunların 18'i Web of Science dizinlidir. Uluslararası yayın dizinlerinde 10 yayını kayıtlıdır.
