Journalist and writer (b. 1928, Karadeniz Ereğli / Zonguldak – d. 20
September 1992, Ayvalık / Balıkesir). After he graduated from
His articles on literature and his book reviews
appeared in the journals, İmece, Türk Solu, Devrim, Güney, Pazar Postası, Seçilmiş Hikâyeler and Akis, apart from the ones
already mentioned. His last job was as a columnist for the review Milliyet. At different times, he was the
Chairman of the Ankara Journalists Association and the Ankara Union of
Journalists. He won the Contemporary Journalists Association Abdi İpekçi Award
in 1982.
