Poet, diplomat (b. ?, Gızılayak village / Kerki town / Lebap / Turkmenistan). After completing St. Petersburg (Leningrad) State University, Faculty of Journalism, he worked in different positions in the newspaper Edebiyat ve Sanat till the year 1991. In the middle of the year 1991, he began working in Turkmenistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In addition, in 1992 he was charged as the Permanent Councilor in Turkey Embassy of Turkmenistan Republic upon the request of the President.
