Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of digital services (such as "Biography Page Creation", "Verified Profile Badge") provided by Biyografya.com ("Company", "We", "Us") to the user ("Customer", "You"). By purchasing a service on our platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the digital services whose qualifications and sales prices are specified on the website, requested by the Customer electronically through the Company's website (biyografya.com).
3. Product/Service Characteristics and Pricing
The basic characteristics of the services (type, quantity, duration) are published on our website. The services offered are instantly delivered digital services (Digital Profile Verification and Publication) and do not involve any physical delivery.
The prices listed and announced on the site are the final sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until they are updated and changed. All applicable taxes are included in the final price displayed on the payment screen.
4. Performance and Delivery
Upon successful payment and necessary identity verifications (if applicable), the digital badge and profile management rights are instantly allocated to the Customer's account. Since the service is entirely digital and delivered instantly, no physical shipping takes place.
Application and acceptance. A new biography page is not opened by direct purchase, but through the Customer's free application and the acceptance of the Seller's editors. The application stage is free of charge, forms no contract between the parties and creates no obligation. This agreement is deemed concluded only once the application has been accepted and the Customer has completed payment. No application stage is required to claim a biography page that already exists in the Seller's database.
Compliance with the Publishing Policy. The Customer agrees to comply with the Seller's Publishing Policy for as long as the service is used. Having made a payment does not exempt the Customer from this obligation. Published pages are reviewed by editors at regular intervals. Where a breach is found, the Customer is warned and given time to correct it; in serious breaches — false statements, misrepresentation of identity, expressions violating the rights of third parties, insults and hate speech — the page may be made inaccessible without prior warning. The page is restored once the breach is remedied.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions
Generally, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, the profile creation and verification service subject to this contract is a digital service delivered instantly in the electronic environment.
Under consumer protection laws regarding digital goods, "Contracts for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's approval before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period" are exempt from the right of withdrawal. The Customer accepts in advance that the profile evaluation, verification, and publication process begins immediately upon purchase, and therefore, no right of withdrawal or refund applies once the transaction is complete.
6. Default Provisions
If the Customer defaults on their credit card payments, they agree that they will be responsible for paying interest and dealing with the cardholder bank within the framework of the credit card agreement between them and the bank.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Consumer Courts and Enforcement Offices located in Istanbul, Turkey.
8. Enforcement
The Customer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement when they make the payment for the order placed through the Site.
