Born in Ankara- 1976, Kevser Atay completed her primary, secondary education in this city. She graduated from the Economics Department of the Anatolian University. She has been involved in fashion and design, and since 1998 she has been recognized through her design works eventually leading to the establishment of her business in the independent textile market. Her passion and addiction to the art of literature started at the age of 13 made her transfer at the beginning of 2011 into being a columnist and journalist. Her interviews have been published in the “Culture and Art” pages of various newspapers.
She featured her poems printed in magazines such as Eliz, Şiirden, Üvercinka, Edebiyatist, Ihlamur, Nif Sanat, Aydili Sanat, Güncel Sanat, Kümbet, Berfin Bahar, Fark Fanzin, in the poetry collection called “Sesin Patlar Tenimde – Your Voice Explodes in my Skin” in 2014. During the same period, she was honored by the “Snowdrop Poet of the Year” Prize by the Kardelen (Snowdrop) Music-Poetry Group. Her poems have been translated into English, German, Greek, and Italian. Some of her lyrics have been accepted to be included in TRT (Turkish Radio and Television Corporation) repertoire.
In 2015 she starred in the movie called “Demir Atlı Gringo – A Gringo with an Iron Horse” shut by Hasan Karcı, and this way she made her debut in the movie world.
In 2019, 12 poems were composed by Dr. Hasan Cihat Örter.
He was elected as the Ankara Representative of the Spanish Poetry Organization “Liceo Poético benidorm”.
He took part in the jury of the 22. Hasan Bayrı Poetry Competition.

Kevser Atay’s poem “Kırmızı Yunus Balığım“ was published in the journal “Conexiuni Literare” (Literary Links). The magazine is published in Bistrita, Romania: ‘Palace of Culture’(Palatul Culturii Bistrita)
Since her having been elected as the Secretary General of the Association by the 18th General Assembly of the Turkish Authors Association in May 2015, Kevser Atay has been carrying on her works and projects covering Eastern provinces, and with a start given in Yüksekova/Hakkari entitled as “”This Land Belongs to Us: We Commemorate Nazim Hikmet in His 114th Birthday”, “Meeting of Turkish and Italian Cultures”.
She has continued her journey in the poetry cosmos with her second poetry collection called “Çıngı – Spark” published in November 2016. Kevser Atay is a trained poetry dubbing artist.
