Refund Policy

Dear User,

The "Claim Biography" or "Create New Biography" services you purchase on the Biyografya platform are classified as digital services that are provided electronically and performed instantly.

Scope of Non-Refundable Services (No Right of Withdrawal)

According to international and European consumer protection directives regarding distance contracts and digital goods; "Contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and their acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal" are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Since the profile evaluation, verification, and publication process begins instantly with your approval upon placing an order on Biyografya, it falls under this exemption.

Therefore, once you create your order, make the payment, and successfully complete the necessary identity verification processes, the "Verified Profile Badge" (Blue Tick) and Editing Rights are allocated to your profile account, and the service is deemed to be fully performed. No refund or right of withdrawal can be claimed for this irreversible digital transaction.

Failure of the Identity Verification Process

To prevent fraud, deter impersonation, and take precautions against attempts to open accounts using someone else's identity; if the mandatory identity verification steps after the order cannot be completed (such as failing to provide verified social media confirmation, corporate email verification, or necessary evidence like official source links), or if misleading information or suspicious account opening attempts are detected, the transaction will be rejected by our editors. Since this constitutes a consumer-caused obstacle (malicious intent or incomplete information) to the performance of the service, no refunds will be issued for such canceled suspicious transactions.

Service Cancellation (Account Deletion)

You may request that your profile be completely deleted from the Biyografya system (service cancellation). However, deleting your account from the system or deciding to close your account voluntarily does not entitle you to a retrospective refund.

Unapproved / Erroneous Transactions

Payments are processed through the infrastructure of iyzico (İyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş.), a licensed payment institution. Your card details are entered only on iyzico's secure payment page; Biyografya does not see or store them. No amount is charged for payments that are not completed or not approved by your bank.

If a technical problem occurs during payment and the amount is charged to your card but your order is not created, please contact us via the Contact page. Once the situation is verified, the amount is refunded through iyzico to the card you paid with. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your card depends on your bank.
