Poet and writer. He was born on May 2, 1928 in Tatar-Kıpcak / Gagausia (Moldova). He began with his education in his village and continued at Ismayıl town. His training stopped due to First World War; and he could complete it only after the war. He graduated from Kahul Pedagogy School (1950) and Kishinev State University Moldovan Language Faculty.

He worked as a teacher for long years and then he was appointed as the school director. He worked as Moldova Education Ministry Vice Minister for a while. He was the editor-in-chief for Ana Sözü newspaper. In 1998, he received the Golden Plate of bay journal because of his services and contribution to the Balkan culture. He is also famous intellectual.

STORY: Legendanın İzi (1974), Bucak Ecelleri (1979), Karanfillän Aştılar Enidäm (1981), Bir Öykümüz Var (Türkiye, 1994).

POETRY: Tarafımın Peetleri (1988).

MEMOIR: Masallı Toprak.
