Poet and writer (b. 9 January 1940, Dimitravka Village / Bolgrad Town / Odesa  / Moldova- d. 23 June 2011). After he graduated from Faculty of History and Philology, he worked as a headmaster in his village for seven years. He completed his doctorate in Moldova Academy of Sciences between 1969 and 1972. He was the first chairman of Writers Union of Moldova. He did chairmanship of Department of Gagauz in Moldova Academy of Sciences.

He began to literature with poem. He wrote story, essay, and research works. He joined a lot of meeting in different countries. Prof. Dr. Stepan Kuroglu collected the Golden Booklet of BAY review because of his aids to Balkan Culture in 1998.
