Poet and translator (b. 15 March 1941, Karayiz / Georgia). He attended secondary school in there. He graduated from Azerbaijan State University, Faculty of Philology. He began to write poem during he was in secondary school. He worked as a teacher in Karayiz. He moved to Baku and he worked different jobs.

Ulduzların Ad Günü (Day of Stars Names, 1968), Toprak Nağmesi (Melody of Ground, 1977), Ömürden Keçen Gatar (As Passed As from the Life, 1980), Salam Yer Küresi (Strong Earth, 1982), Anamla Sohbet (Meaning with Chat, 1984), Bir Ömürlük Gece (One Lifelong Night, 1989).
