Poet and writer, translator. He was born on May 29, 1934 in Ohrid, Macedonia. He completed primary, secondary and high school education in Ohrid. He has completed Belgrade University, Faculty of Philology, department of Turkish Language and Literature. He worked in Ohrid as the teacher of children educated in Turkish. He worked as a director at Ohrid Fraternity and Unity eight-year duration school, as administrator in Ohrid provincial municipality at the section of education, culture and fine arts. He was retired from there. He lived in Skopje and wrote daily column in Makedoniya Dener newspaper.

His poems and stories were written in Turkish and in Macedonian. He published books for old people and for children. He prepared a reading book for eight grade students taught in Turkish. He has translated several poems and books from Turkish to Macedonian and from Macedonian to Turkish languages. He translated poetry books of Turkish poets such as Yahya Akengin, Ali Cengizkan, Bülent Ecevit, Dursun Özden, Eyüp Şen into Macedonian; and poetry books of Macedonian poets such as Vesma Stoyçeska, Duşko, Naverski, Razme  Kunebarovski into Turkish.
