Poet, writer, translator. He was born in 1948 in Marı, Turkmenistan. He completed Ashgabat Turkmen State University. He owns the Turkmenistan Youth Award. He published fifteen poem books in Turkmen, two books in Russian. He translated Holy Qur’an into Turkmen. He also translated some works of Turkish Poets. He is the first secretary of United Turkmenistan Writers.
