Poet (b. 12 August 1926, Baku / Azerbaijan). He used the pen name Nikbin. He attended primary and secondary school and graduated from high school in there. He worked as a teacher in Baku and Yardımlı district of it. He worked at Azerbaycan Müellimi, Kommünist, Edebiyyat ve İncesene reviews too. He worked at Azerbaijan Radio and Television Corporation for a while.
His first poem called “Gel Baharım” (Come My Blossoms) was published in Edebiyyat ve İncesenet newspapers in 1944. He represented Azerbaijan in a lot of country. His tree volumes work about Nesimi is valuable.
