Poet (b. 22 August 1947, Dileli Muskanlı Tent / Gadabay / Azerbaijan). He graduated from State University, Department of History. His poem called Köynek (Shirt) was published in Azerbaycan Genşleri newspaper in 1966. He was appointed to Azerbaijan Radio and Television Corporation and he was promoted to being redactor. He wrote prose works. His play called Melik Mehmed was played at Kukla Theater.
