Poet (b. 25 June 1935, Kotanark / Agdash / Azerbaijan). He attended secondary school in Ağdaş. He graduated from Baku Art School. He studied in Maksim Gorki Institute for two-year in Moscow. He worked as a building master. He worked at Azerbaijan Gençleri newspaper.

His first poem “Bacıgızı” (Nephew) was published in Kirpi Review in 1956. he had been a lot of country in order to represent Azerbaijan. Some poems of him were composed to music. He translated the books like Şiirler, Kışda Çiçekler, Yerin Cazibesi, Sema Denizde Çimir to Russian.
