Poet and play writer (b. 7 October 1936, Nakhchivan / Azerbaijan). He attended secondary school in Nakhchivan. He graduated from Baku Department of Language and Literature of French. He worked as a French Teacher at schools in Nakhchivan and as a head-master at Nakhchivan Dram Theater with Music. He was elected as a deputy from Nakhchivan one more times. He represented Azerbaijan in a lot of country. He began to write in 1957.

POETRY: Baharın Sözü (Word of Spring, 1962), Gül Yaprağı (Leaf of Rose, 1967), Sen Olmasaydın (If You didn’t Be, 1974), Arpaçay’ın Nağmesi (Melody of Arpaçay, 1978), O Dağlarda Gözüm Kaldı (I Had a Hankering for That Mountains, 1987).
PLAY: İsmet (İsmet, 1972), O Bizim Dağların Oğludur (He is The Son Of Our Mountains, 1976), Menim Tanrım Gözellikdir Sevgidir (My God is Beauty and Love, 1982).
