Minstrel (b. 1853, Suhara village / Çıldır / Kars - d. 1912). He began writing poems during his childhood. He gained fame in Eastern Anatolian and Azerbaijan with his poems. A monument in his memory was erected in Kars (1977) for his heroic deeds in the Ottoman-Russian war. His poems were collected in a book with the title Sevdakâr (Loveably, 1938).
