Poet and writer (b. 1854, Yozgat – d. 1918, İstanbul). He also wrote under the pseudonym Ziya Hayri. He grew up taking private lessons after having attended Elementary School. He worked as a secretariat of official correspondence, assistant public prosecutor and judge in various cities. He was buried in Merkez Efendi Cemetery.
