Hülya Avşar spent her childhood in Ankara due to her family's duty and attended Ankara Anittepe high school. Hülya Avşar, who filled her eyes with her beauty during her student years, lost her heart at the age of 16 to a teenager studying at the Faculty of Agriculture, and soon entered the World house at a very young age with a wedding attended by all tribal members at Ankara's Etap Altinel Hotel in 1980.

Later, he made the entertainment program “Hülya Avşar Show”, which was watched with appreciation on Show TV. Avşar is currently the editor of the self-titled magazine “Hülya”.
At various times, he was raised with his curiosity about tennis, and won the first prize of the TED 2001 doubles tournament. He also started working in the textile sector in 2001. The artist, who created the brand” Hülya Avşar by H", especially produced white T-shirts and offered them for sale.
Hülya Avşar later ended her marriage to Mehmet Tecirli at an early age. After this short-lived first marriage, he made his second marriage to businessman Kaya Çilingiroğlu in 1997 and from this marriage he gave birth to a daughter named Zehra. The couple divorced in 2005 after Kaya Çilingiroglu's relationship with Feraye Tanyolaç. After this divorce, the artist was with the businessman Sadettin Saran for a period of time, but they separated by not marrying. The artist lost his mother Emral Avşar to cancer on February 6, 2009.
