Poet and writer (b. 1943, Tatarstan). He graduated from Kazan University, Faculty of Philology. He worked in different newspapers and reviews. He worked as lector in Kazan University. He has been working as the editor-in chief of the review Kazan Utları since 1989. He has been a member of Writers Union of Russian Federation.
