Poet (b. 1954, Saları Alaca village / Niğde). He attended the Feriköy Primary School, Şişli Secondary School, Atatürk High School for Boys and graduated from Şişli School of Political Sciences. He was a student of Vedat Günyol and Rauf Mutluay at the Atatürk High School for Boys. He worked as an editor at Dönence Publications.

His first poem was published in the review Eflatun in 1973. In the following years, his poems and articles appeared in the reviews and newspapers: Eflatun, İstanbul Ekspres, Kırklareli Gerçek, Ereğli Memleket, Ankara Tasvir, Varlık, Türk Dili, İnsancıl, Çağdaş Türk Dili, Yazıt, In Vivo, Şiir Okulu, Kiraz, İblis, Kopuş, Damla, Gerçek Sanat and İzlek.

WORKS:

Sancı (Ache, 1974), Şafak Sökerken (While Sun was Rising, 1978), Ekmekarası Umut (Hope Sandwich, 1992), Seyir (Travel, 1994), Mayası Onur (Yeast of Honour, 1996), Kapısız (Without a Door, 1998), Efekare (2001), Odasız Ayna (Mirror without a Room, 2002).
