Poet (b. 3 March 1926, Zangilan / South Azerbaijan). After he attended secondary school, he was appointed as a teacher. For a while he had been an active member of Zangilan Part of Communist Party. Then, he was dragged to North Azerbaijan. In there, he entered Azerbaijan State University, Faculty of Philology. He worked at different part of the party. He became a literature doctor with his thesis “İran Azerbaycan’ının – Realist – Demokratik Edebiyyatı” (Realistic and Democratic Literature of Azerbaijan of Iran). Since 1964 he has been doing directorship of Azerbaijan Sciences Academy, Department of Close and Middle East Publics.
