Short story writer (b. 20 October 1936, Aksaray). He graduated from Adana Trade High School (1953) and İzmir School of Advanced Economics (1958). He worked as a teacher and independent accountant, civil servant at Central and Estates Credit Banks (1961- 63), Ministry of Customs and Tekel inspector (1964- 71) in Aksaray, vice general director, general director (1972- 84) at İstanbul Customs and undersecretary of Ministry.

He has published his short stories in the reviews and newspapers such as Varlık, Papirüs, Soyut, Yansıma, Yeni Edebiyat, Türk Dili, Yeditepe, Güney, Oluşum, Kemalist Ülkü, Kıyı, Karşı, Yeni Gazete and Cumhuriyet since 1964. He has traveled to various cities in Europe since 1976. He is a member of The Turkish Authors Association and Ankara Art Institute.

SHORT- STORY: Çuvalın Yanındaki Adam (The Man Next to the Sack, 1969), Yumma (Don’t Shut, 1971), Gül Hırsızı (The Rose Thief, 1973), İnsanca (Humanely, 1978).

SATIRE: Bamteli (The Sore Point, little anecdotes, 1985).
