Educator and writer (b. 1912, Damascus / Syria - d. ?). He graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Literature (1934). In the same year, he began to work as a teacher at Erzurum High School. He also served at Ankara High School for Boys, Gazi High School, and the Music Teacher Training School. In 1947, he became a reporter to the Committee of Teaching and Training. He gave lectures on Turkish folk literature at Belgrade University, Faculty of Turkology. Between 1961 and 1963, he worked as a lecturer at Erzurum Atatürk University, Faculty of Literature. He became a member of the Committee of Teaching and Training in 1964 and a ministry inspector in 1966. A year later, he was appointed as a lecturer to the Gazi Institute of Education.
