Oğuz Özdem

Poet (b. 4 March, 1959, Elazığ). He is the brother of Yavuz Özdem. He graduated from Dicle University, Faculty of Education, Department of Turkish Language and Literature. After teaching for a while, he sold second-hand books in İstanbul.

His essays were published in various reviews. He was the owner of the review, Atika Şiir and responsible for the writing content. He is a member of the Writers Syndicate of Turkey, the PEN Association of Writers, the Association of Writers of Literary and Scientific Works and the Turkish Authors Association.
