Novelist (b. 1956, Maçka / Trabzon). He graduated from Ankara University, Hacettepe Medical Institute. In his early period, he worked as a technical worker in some reviews and newspapers. He worked in Central Ankara Reha–bilitation. He served as an employee at the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Culture for nine years. After his twenty years, he lived in Ankara. He joined the foundation of Nizam-ı Alem, Töre, Doğuş, Hamle, Çete reviews and he was taken place as a publisher for these reviews. He wrote in many political and humor reviews.
He has used harsh, painful, agressive and hard full style in his works. He also grasped the elements of irony and humor in his works. He has described the human in details. In his work called İhtiyar Kemancı (The Old Violinist), he told about the homosexuals of the town, the ceremonies of poors, the first love-makings, the nationalists in the world before and after 12 September, the flea markets, Hizbullah militants, the winds, the cold, the world of soldiers, the town doctors and brothels. He has always emphasized his literal independence, and displayed an independent style in writing.
