Poet and translator (b. 23 June 1913, Ganca, Azerbaijan-d. 9 July 1981). He completed his secondary and higher education in Baku. He graduated from Moscow Institute of Pedagogies.  He served as teacher that he began to poem in. He served in various publishing houses. He gave place to children in his poems. He translated Eastern and Russian classics.

WORKS (Poetry):

Şiirler (Poems, 1934), Denizin Sesi Gelir (I Hear the Voice of Sea, 1964), Ana Sesi (Voice of Mother, 1969), Güneşden Gençlik İstedim (I Wanted Youth from the Sun, 1974), Hâzin Bir Ahşamda Düşsem Yadına (Remember Me in a Sorrow Night, 1922).
