Poet and writer (b. 1900, İstanbul - d. 24 September, 1969). He finished his elementary education at Vefa High School, which he began at Saadet School. He worked at several banks and insurance companies after three years at İstanbul University, Faculty of Medicine. He worked as a department manager at the Ministry of Tourism and Press. His verse, humorous poems and articles were published in various newspapers and reviews. In some of these he used Cımbız and Yalçın Tevfik as pen names.
