Sufi poet, statesman (D. 1821, Konice - PM. May 7, 1890, the Üsküdar / Istanbul). His real name is Musa Kazim Pasha. He came to Istanbul with his family at a young age. After completing his education Porte Divan-i Humayun and Mühimme pen and a time to the Ministry of Finance also he continued. Then Asaka-i-Hassan entered the profession. A few years of live (brigade) was promoted to clerk. Reduced his rank for the great state of satirized and he was exiled to Cyprus. He was pardoned in 1863 and allowed to return to return to the rank of Istanbul. He rose up to Pasha. 1877 Ottoman - Russian War Vicarate of the Fourth Army General Staff (Chief of Staff) conducted the mission. Bab-i-military Accounts Serena found in Vicarate and Masârifat custody. He was buried in the garden of Aziz Mahmud Hudak Order.
