Writer (b. 1891, Erdoğmuş / Kayalar / Manastir (Bitola) / Macedonia - d. 1952, Dörtyol / Hatay). He was given this surname since he with his family had migrated to Konya from Rumelia. He was a graduate of Manastır Military Secondary School, Damascus High School and İstanbul Mülkiye Mektebi (School of Political Sciences) (1913). After serving as a teacher, provincial chief secretary and governor in various places, he worked as the civil service inspector in the Province of Hakkari and Adana region. He participated in the First Language General Assembly. Konyar wrote poems that featured in reviews but not published in books.
