Scientist of politcs ( b.1959 İstanbul ) He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences,Department of Economy and Finance (1982) He completed his master studies with the thesiz titled ‘An Exalution of Emergency of the Movement of Non-aligned Countries:The Cases of India and Yugoslavia 1986 ,and his doctorate studies with the thesiz titled ’Turkey’s Relations With The Soviet Union 1943-90 ‘ at Boğaziçi University ,Institıte of Social Sciences . He worked as researcher in Marmara University ,Faculty of Economy and Administrative Sciences , International Affairs Section (1989-92) At the same faculty he worked as a lecturer (1992-99) and as a lecturer at Yıldız Teknik University ,Faculty of Economy and Administrative Section (1999).
He published his articles in the rewievs of Marmara University ,some foreign publishings .He received Middle East Researc Competition Award (1990) He participated in various scientific meetings as aspeker both home and abroad. .He directed the Marmara University International Affairs Research Center , Foundation of Middle East and Balkan Researches.
