Political scientist, historian (B. September 22, 1924 Gelibolu/Çanakkale – D. June 10, 1998, Istanbul). He graduated from Balıkesir High School (1943) and Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Politics (1947). He has completed his doctoral studies at Ankara University, Faculty of Law (1953). He worked as a lecturer and as a dean in the Board of Education, Higher Education General Directorate (1948) and Faculty of Political Sciences. He was a member of Turkish Historical Society.
