Writer (b. 1938, Mucur / Kırşehir - d. 24 January, 1995). He attended Mucur Cumhuriyet Primary School (1948) and Kırşehir High School (1958). He studied for a while at Ankara University, Faculty of Law and Faculty of Language, History and Geography. He managed the Basın News Agency (1960) that he established and the review İktibas (1981-95). He published his articles in his own review. He was also well known through the conferences he held in Turkey and abroad and the articles he wrote.
