Poet and journalist (b. 29 June 1944, Fuzûli / Azerbaijan). He graduated from Azerbaijan Faculty of Petroleum and Chemistry. He started to write poem in Genç Kalemler with the work “Hatıralar” (Memoirs) in 1967. He worked as an editor-in-chief at Gençlik Publishing House. He entered the first three in the competition that organized among the Soviet Poets.
