Script writer. He was born in May 29, 1935, in Istanbul. He also used the pseudonym Ali Tahsin.  He graduated from Galatasaray High School, Istanbul Technical University Faculty of Civil Engineering (1961). His writings and critics were published in magazines such as İstanbul, Diyelim, Pazar Postası, Oyun, Tiyatro 70. He worked as an engineer in USA for a while. He attended to the establishment of ITU theatre. He made contribution to amateur theatre with his leading studies in Young Actors Community, which he established with his friends.

He proved his success in this field with his scripts he wrote for this community, with technical convenience he brought with Çürük Elma play which was staged in 1982 for the first time. He shared the 1972 Arkın Children Literature Award with his wife Gülçin Alpöge with the play titled Şevket Usta‘nın Arabası Düş Kuruyor.

PLAY: Tavtati Kütüpati (1959), Vatandaş Oyunu (political lampoon, with his friends, 1962), Çürük Elma (1962), Ha Me Ka Ha Ha Pe (1969).

CHILDREN’S BOOK: Şevket Usta‘nın Arabası Düş Kuruyor (1973).
