Writer
(b. 1877, Gelibolu / Çanakkale – d. 1939, İstanbul). He was a graduate of
Galatasaray High School and the School of Law in 1902. He was a parliamentary
deputy in the last Ottoman Parliament and in the Turkish Great National Assembly
for a few periods until 1934. He was the President of the Board that prepared
the 1924 Constitution. During the years of armistice, his articles about many
subjects were published in the newspapers Âti (1918) and İleri
(1919-1924), which he also published.
