Poet (B. 1885, Rhodes- D. 1969, Istanbul). He also used pseudonym Nevzat. He graduated from Muğla Midilli High School. He taught Turkish and economy lectures in Bosnia, Edirne and Bursa teacher schools and Istanbul Darüşşafaka and Germen High School. He worked in bureaucratic system as Statistic Manager of Hüdavendigar County, in Karacabey District Governorate, as Persian translator in Foreign Affairs Ministry Translating Office.

His poems were published in newspapers and magazines published in Rhodes such as Afitap, Edebiyat-ı Umumiye, Babalık, İleri, Tatbikat (Sakız island), Yeni Fikir (Konya).
