Poet (b. 1926, Elazığ). He is
the son of Bedri Çarsancaklı, a former parliamentary deputy. He attended
Madrasah Muslim School after his secondary education. For a while, he worked in
farming and worked as a member of the Provincial Council. He favored Divan*
Poetry and inclined towards Sufism.
