Lawyer-writer (B. 1924, Samsun- D. 2006, Istanbul). He was graduated
from Galatasaray High
School and Lausanne
Political Sciences
Vocational School. He
became an assistant in the same vocational school. He became associate professor in 1961 and
professor in 1968. He worked as Dean in Istanbul University Faculty of Law. He
was assigned as a director to Istanbul University Rostrum of Constitutional
Law. He was chosen as the member of International Court of Justice Permanent
Referee Court. He directed the commission which prepared 1982 Constitution. He
died in Istanbul
in 2006.
