Poet, journalist and writer (b. 22
December 1912, İstanbul – d. 31 October 1987, İstanbul). Her surname was
Öztekin. She graduated from İstanbul İstiklal High School. She did not complete
her higher education. As a journalist she worked for newspapers such as Haber, Vatan, İkdam, Son Saat, Ankara
Telgraf etc, she retired in 1968. Her poems featured in the journal Servet-i Fünûn between 1937 and 1938.
