Poet (b. 1905, Tripoli (Tripolitania) – d. 29 March 1984, İstanbul). His full name was İlhami Bekir Tez. He came to İstanbul in his youth. He graduated from İstanbul Primary Teacher Training School (1926). He worked as a teacher in Bolu, İstanbul and İzmir. After his retirement in 1954, he prepared around 1300 brochures related to pharmaceutics.
