Poet-Writer-Educator. He was born in 1968 in Konya-Cihanbeyli-Küçükbeşkavak village. He went to primary school in his village. After studying at Kulu Imam Hatip High School, he graduated from Niğde University Faculty of Education in 1995. His first writings and poems were published in Vahdet Newspaper and Sayha Magazine during his high school years. During his studies at the university, he published a magazine called Serzeniş. He received Honorable Mention in the international poetry competition abaout bosnia started by newspaper of Turkey. He was among the founders of Şafak Newspaper published in Niğde. He was among the founders of Umut FM and prepared and presented a Culture and Art program for a while. He worked as a teacher and administrator in various schools in Elazig, Samsun and Ankara. He served as Deputy Director at Samsun Public Education Center and Ankara Maturation Institute. He is still a school principal in Ankara.
He
served as a manager in various foundations, associations and unions. He was the
chairman of ÖĞDER Samsun province. During this period, he ensured the
establishment of Private Uluçınar Kindergarten and Özdemir Islamic Sciences
Foundation in Samsun. He was a columnist in Milli Gazete. He continues to write
in Istiklal, Merhaba and Denge Newspaper, Yarpuz Edebiyat, Asanatlar and Yılkı Edebiyat
magazines and in the Culture Agenda Kültür Ajanda publishing group.
