Poet and play writer (b. 2 February
1928, Kürgaragaşlı village / Salian / Azerbaijan – d. 11 February 1980). After
he completed his secondary education, for a while he worked at railway. He was
accepted to State University, Faculty of Philology. He went to Moscow for his
higher education, but he couldn’t stand the weather of Moscow and he turned
back Baku. Finally he worked as head-redactor at Yazıcı Publication.
First of all his poem “Senin Gözlerin” (Your Eyes) was
published in Azerbaijan Genclik Review. He worked at reviews and newspapers
like Komünist, Azerbaycan Gençleri, Edebiyat
ve İncesenet, Azerbaycan Jurnalı,
Literaturya Azerbaycan.
