Playwright and scriptwriter (b. 1913, İstanbul – d. 26 July 1986, Istanbul).
Interrupting his education at Galatasaray High School, he worked as civil
servant for a while. After his first script Beklenen
Şarkı (The Expected Song), he continued writing scripts such as Altın Kafes (The Golden Cage), Berduş (The Vagabond), Senede Bir Gün (For One Day in a Year).
He received the Best Script Award at the Antalya Festival with his works Kalbimin Efendisi (The Master of My
Heart, 1970), Tel Örgü (The Wire
Fence, 1971), Sev Kardeşim (Love, My
Brother, 1972).
