Poet and writer. He was born on May 2, 1928 in Tatar-Kıpcak / Gagausia (Moldova). He began with his education in his village and continued at Ismayıl town. His training stopped due to First World War; and he could complete it only after the war. He graduated from Kahul Pedagogy School (1950) and Kishinev State University Moldovan Language Faculty.

He worked as a teacher for long years and then he was appointed as the school director. He worked as Moldova Education Ministry Vice Minister for a while. He was the editor-in-chief for Ana Sözü newspaper. In 1998, he received the Golden Plate of bay journal because of his services and contribution to the Balkan culture. He is also famous intellectual.
