Poet. He was born in Hacıoğlupazarcığı (Dobriç), Bulgaria in 1931. He also used pseudonym Sabahattin Bayramov. He went to primary and secondary school in his hometown, went to high school in Sofia. He worked in Trudovo Delo (Matter of Bread) and Halk Gençliği newspapers. He worked in Turkish Literature Department of state publishing named Halk Eğitimi and in Turkish Broadcasting Department of Sofia Radio which belonged to Turkey. He immigrated to Turkey in 1990 and settled to Bursa.

Some of his poems, he wrote for kids, were published in Turkish textbooks. Wide imagination, philosophical depth, warmth and sincerity are remarkable in his poems. While he was performing his military service duty as a construction private (trudovak) he won the first prize in a poem competition (1953) organized by Halk Gençliği newspaper published in Turkish.

He was the first poet who changed the stereotyped elements, generally didactic and monotonic discourse domination used in Bulgaria Turks Poems for a long time. Under the current circumstances he literally a rose as a revolutionist and an opportunity for the developing poem art. He carried well known topics such as love, life, death, homeland, peace out of the stereotypes and brought a new aesthetical perspective and tried to announce them with a new philosophical perspective. While he was doing this he acted with the conscious of that the poem primarily is a “word”.  He always tried to improve, modernize and simplify his language.
