Doç. Dr. Meryem Gültekin, Erciyes Üniversitesi Veteriner Fakültesi, Temel Bilimler, Biyokimya bünyesinde görev yapmaktadır. Çalışma alanları: Veteriner Bilimleri, Veteriner Biyokimya, Yaşam Bilimleri, Biyokimya, Biyomoleküller, Sağlık Bilimleri.
Lisans (Erciyes Üniversitesi, 2003), yüksek lisans (Erciyes Üniversitesi, 2007) ve doktora (Erciyes Üniversitesi, 2015) eğitimlerini tamamladı. Doktora tezi: "Krom Pikolinat'ın Oksidatif ve Kromozomal DNA Hasarı Oluşumuna Etkisinin Belirlenmesi" (2015).
Akademik kayıtlara göre 67 bilimsel yayını bulunmaktadır; bunların 23'ü Web of Science dizinlidir. Uluslararası yayın dizinlerinde 13 yayını kayıtlıdır.
