Statesman (B. March 17, 1911, Ankara- D. September 1, 1995). He graduated from Ankara Cumhuriyet Primary School (1925), Bursa High School (1931), Ankara University Faculty of Law (1934). He worked as labor inspector at Economy Ministry in 1942 and vice general director in Industry. He worked in Parliament as congressman from Ankara for two periods (1943-50, 1957-60) and as Founding Parliament member after May 27 Coup.

He was senator from Ankara in 1961 and 1975, State Minister in 1962, and Minister of Interior in 1963. He also worked as National Defense vice minister and government spokesman (1962-63). His articles were published in various newspapers and magazines such as Gençlik (1927), Mehtap (1928), Yeşilyurt (1929), Çığır (founder, 1933-45). His memories are not published yet.
