Researcher-writer (b April 2, 1952 in Mardin - d. January 10 2017, İstanbul). He completed his primary and secondary education in Diyarbakir; and started with his high school education in Konya, but completed at Üsküdar High School. Former Mufti of Mardin with research on Islamic sciences, M. Sadık Aydın is his brother.
He started writing in 1969 in Istanbul. He worked in several journals and newspapers such as Konya Hamle, Sabah, Orta Doğu, Yeni İstanbul, Star and Papağan. His articles and columns were published in these media organs. He worked at Channel 7 foreign news service as translator and voice-over artist and made voice-overs for several programs. He was in the close circle of poet and writer Necip Fazıl Kısakürek for a while and received their appreciation. He started to publish his research as books after a long waiting period.
