Lisans (İstanbul Üniversitesi, 1996), yüksek lisans (İstanbul Üniversitesi, 1999) ve doktora (Işık Üniversitesi, 2006) eğitimlerini tamamladı. Doktora tezi: "Circuit models with mixed lumped and distributed elements for passive one-port devices" (2006).
